Taking into account you and your team’s preferences and your business seasonality, we’ll design daily, weekly, and quarterly rituals that honor your energy.

  • First we look at who is on your team to understand what their role is and how their energy works. We’ll design to play to your strengths, so it’s important to prioritize how and when your people do their best work.

  • Then we’ll look at your processes and how you manage work. We’ll look at how you communicate asynchronously and in meetings to better understand strengths and growth areas. We’ll design workflows taking into account the macro of your business seasons and the micro of your day-to-day energy shifts.

  • We’ll look at how software can support your team. Whether it’s a basic work management system or deciding how to use AI, we’ll ensure your processes are supported by technology and that everyone knows how to follow them, so you can all work in flow together.

Boldflow leads with a people-first approach rooted in the philosophy that people are extensions of nature, and what they create at work is too. Boldflow uses software to get work done and communicate, but it doesn’t claim that software alone will solve a team’s challenges.

What does working with nature’s rhythms actually mean?

What you do in your business is likely not the same between summer and winter. Boldflow looks to the wisdom of the seasons to inform objectives, knowing that winter tends to be a season of rest and reflection, and summer tends to be more active and buzzy. Any season or quarter includes time to ground, align, flow, and reflect.

We’ll also look at the rhythm of the moon to break down objectives into shorter cycles.
